TOWNHOUSE inspections
Kelowna Townhouse Inspections
Your Okanagan Licensed Townhouse Inspector

We visually inspect your townhouse like a detached house also taking into account the site and adjacent units like a condo.
At the end of the inspection, you will receive an on site written report plus you will be emailed a report as well.
THE TIME REQUIRED FOR YOUR TOWNHOUSE INSPECTION
A typical home inspection takes approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Depending on the age, size, and complexity of the home, extra time may be required.
WE ISSUE A COMPREHENSIVE DIGITAL REPORT
Each investigative townhouse inspection is followed up with a comprehensive digital report on the current state of the home and you will receive a copy of the report in your hand upon completion of the inspection. This includes narrative details supported with images that give a complete picture of each residence for home buyers or sellers.
