Mark North is the inspector behind Red Bear Home Inspections. Located just outside of Salmon Arm, he is happy to serve Kelowna, Vernon, Kamloops and all surrounding areas.

 

Mark’s career spans twenty years, starting as a joiner and carpenter in England, building wood windows and doors. After his apprenticeship, he decided to start his own home renovations business.

 

In 2005, he moved his family to Canada to start a new life with a little more space and continued his home renovations business. Throughout his career managing a wide variety of renovation projects, he has worked with every type of trade in the construction industry, supervising and coordinating the sub-trades to ensure each job is done properly and to code. When performing home renovations, Mark worked closely with his clients, listening to their needs and working within budgets to provide a service that constantly over-delivered. With this experience, the transition to the inspection industry was an easy and natural fit.
